Sprint Together with NEXTEL  
We have developed many appliations for Sprint/Nextel, ranging from small applications for specific markets to corporate wide applications. Our most notable application is a wireless time sheet that tracks sales and hours of temporary employees selling sprint/nextel phones at various retailers all over the country. The temp employees can check into their shift from their wireless web phone and record sales as they make them. The Sprint manager can then monitor all activity in real time from a management web site.
 
Best Buy  
Have you seen the Geek Squad mobiles (you know the little VW bugs with the police placard on the side)? We wrote the software that schedules those technicians (or Double Agents as Best Buy likes to call them). The application maintains schedules for all technicians around the country. When a customer calls, the system chooses the best technician to service the call based on skill set, location, and time required. Currently over 2000 technician's are scheduled through the system daily.
 
Iowa State University  
Located in our own hometown of Ames, Iowa we developed an online entry software for Iowa State University's Track and Field department. The system allows other schools to sign up for Iowa State track meets and the entries automatically load into their meet management software. What used to take three students two days to key in from faxes, now takes minutes to download (plus its error free). The system was such a hit that now we have over 50 universities, colleges, and high schools using it every year (including the Big 12 Conference).
 
Cricket Communications  
Like may businesses Cricket Communications sells their products through retailers. And like any sales situation the more knowledgeable the rep the better chance of a sale. That is why it is important for Cricket to communicate regularly with their retail partners. To help cricket with that task we have developed a tracking system that logs all visits between the Cricket rep's and the retailer's they sell through. The system also allows cricket to communicate with the retailer sales reps via rich text text messaging (using our dawdat product) to notify them of new products and promotions in a very timely manner.
 
Universe Truck Lines  
Universe was one of our first customers, over five years ago, and is still with us today. They had a fleet of drivers that would call into the home office (Omaha, NE) every morning reporting location and various other information about the trucks. A group of three individuals would take these calls every morning until we built them a wireless database application. The application allows the drivers to key in the information from their wireless cell phone. That information is then immediately available to the home office via a management web site.
 
Duluth News Tribune  
Ever had a wet newspaper on your porch or maybe the neighbor's dog tore it to shreds. Either way you need a new one delivered asap. Well Duluth New understands these problems and has solved it by having drivers on call every morning waiting for a page. Or at least it used to be a page until we developed a wireless solution that sent text messages to their phones. Now not only do they get a text message but they can also accept the job and mark it complete right from their phone. The home office always knows when a job is complete (or more importantly when one isn't).
